The directions are simple and easy to follow. Dissolve
Red Label crystals in hot water and pour into fryer
reservoir. Turn on heating unit and submerge baskets
into cleaning solution. Bring solution to boil for three
minutes then turn heat to low for ten minutes. The
hot cleaning solution should then be used for soaking
and cleaning exhaust fan filters.
STERA-SHEEN RED LABEL can also be used to clean
very greasy and oily surfaces.
